我们在保留原特色的基础上,通过现代的视角,重新诠释了万代南梦宫经典的吃豆人游戏,从而展示这款具有跨世代感染力的游戏。

We were tasked to reinterpret the classic Pac-Man game from Bandai Namco through a modern lens to amplify its cross-generational appeal, while maintaining its ‘authenticity’ as briefed by the studio.

该项目以大型 3D 投影的方式,在广场上供人们进行游戏体验。游戏的要素和组成部分被放大至 25 倍,为原本熟悉的游戏注入了意想不到的新体验。开放期间,累计超过 1000 人次进行体验,我们在带来怀旧情绪的同时,也为玩家制造了新的记忆。

Realized in 3D projection in an open square for the public to experience, the project featured all the key components and elements but in a disproportionately large scale to inject unexpected, new sensations into the otherwise familiar game. With more than 1,000 users having experienced the installation, we brought about nostalgic sentiments while enabling them to create new memories.

The installation was available to the public during selected time periods from 26 April to 9 May 2019, at Raffles City Shanghai.
